The 2008 Pumpkin Carving Contest!
Even though our intrepid divers were willing to take on the elements
Back Beach was unusually rough
so we scouted out Niles Beach and decided to dive there |
| |
the divers got ready
| |
and the Judges made everybody play by the rules
once the divers were done and headed into shore
the pumpkins could be judged
there were Spanish Galleons
and man-eating sharks
and pumpkin-eating sharks
and letter people
| |
and Scuba-lantern
and... hey isn't that Jeff?
Anyway, everyone did a great job and I hope they had a lot of fun.
I sincerely want to thank
our judges Paul, Gillian and Eileen,
Eileen - Queen of the 'treats',
and Paul Schenck for these wonderful photos.
And on behalf of all our creative divers, I would especially like to thank
the generous donors of our prizes
Henderson /Neosports , Princeton Tek and Scuba Pro!
